Adarsh's work demonstrates a profound passion for blending healthcare and technology, fostering innovation and advancement in the field. With his clinical background, he seeks to integrate pharmacy with health informatics, offering a distinctive perspective to the domain.

Julie joined the HANDS in Autism team in 2022 and plays a pivotal role in leading the Local Community Cadres while contributing to various projects within the State and Community Facilitation Team. With over 20 years of experience serving Indiana’s disability community, Julie has held numerous impactful roles, including her tenure as the Director of Individual and Family Support for the Autism Society of Indiana. Additionally, she is a LifeCourse Ambassador, bringing her expertise and dedication to improving resources and outcomes for individuals with disabilities and their families.

Hello, I’m Girija from India, and my journey with HANDS began in June 2023. I hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and have 1.5 years of experience as a Junior Data Analyst in the Drug Safety Department. The intersection of information technology and healthcare, with its remarkable impact on patient safety, left me fascinated.

Priyanka is a Master’s in Health Informatics candidate at Indiana University, with a background in Pharm D and a strong passion for leveraging data to improve healthcare outcomes. She joined HANDS in Autism in January 2025 as a Research Assistant with Coordinated Care Team, she conducts in-depth analyses of autism services data, contributing to policy recommendations and service enhancements. With expertise in clinical decision support systems, EHR interoperability, and healthcare data analysis, she collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to refine training models and integrate datadriven insights into behavioral health interventions.

I'm Vignitha Maddipatla, currently pursuing my Master’s in Health Informatics. With a background in dentistry and a strong passion for healthcare technology, I have worked on projects related to clinical decision support systems, EHR security, and health data analytics. In January 2025, I began a new journey as a Research Assistant with HANDS in Autism, where I aim to apply my informatics expertise to support research and enhance autism-related interventions.

I am a graduate student in Health Informatics at Indiana University - Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. With a background in Pharmacy, I am passionate about leveraging technology in healthcare, focusing on electronic health records, data interoperability, and healthcare IT solutions. Currently, I work as a Student Support Assistant, managing front desk operations, assisting students, and providing support services. This role has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and technical skills in handling student concerns effectively. Through my experience with HANDS in Autism, I continue to refine my interpersonal skills and structured problem-solving approaches, enhancing my ability to engage with diverse individuals. I am eager to apply my expertise in health informatics and student support to make meaningful contributions in both academic and healthcare environments.

Suneeth Muthineni

Suneeth Muthineni joined HANDS in Autism in 2025 and is pursuing a Master of Science in Health Informatics at Indiana University Indianapolis. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from India and previously worked as a Medical Coder at Optum, maintaining 98% accuracy in compliance with HIPAA and AMA guidelines. His graduate research at the Luddy School of Informatics includes predictive modeling projects aimed at improving clinical outcomes.
