The HANDS-ACT® (HANDS-Assessment for Collaboration™; HANDS in Autism®, 2014) is a brief, environmental screening measure to foster objective evaluation, feedback and monitoring of implementation of evidence-based practices in autism, disabilities and intervention settings (e.g., schools, centers, organizations). It consists of 7 sections with 5-9 questions per section. Scoring on a 0-4 scale reflects absence to partial and fully present implementation per section across discrete areas. Scores should be based on a combination of observation, permanent products and/or interview.
