Expanding Knowledge Through ECHO: Connecting Communities Worldwide

-

Through the HANDS DD & Autism ECHO, participants gain access to expert‑led, case‑based learning that supports real‑world problem solving and improves services for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

The recent participation tells a powerful story of reach and engagement. Providers from across the United States are joining ECHO sessions, with especially strong participation in Indiana, reflecting the program’s deep roots and leadership base. At the same time, growing engagement from states across the Midwest, South, Northeast, and West highlights how ECHO is breaking down geographic barriers connecting rural, suburban, and urban professionals alike.

Each session creates a shared learning space where participants:

  • Learn directly from interdisciplinary experts
  • Share real cases and practical challenges
  • Build confidence in evidence‑based strategies
  • Become part of a supportive professional community

This growing national footprint means that best practices are no longer confined to academic centers. Instead, ECHO ensures that knowledge flows outward, reaching classrooms, clinics, community organizations, and service systems nationwide. The result is stronger professional capacity and better outcomes for individuals and families.

As interest continues to grow, we invite new and returning participants to be part of this expanding network. Whether you are seeking guidance, collaboration, or the latest best practices in developmental disabilities and autism, HANDS ECHO is designed for you.
