General Description
Kristan brings over two decades of experience in education, curriculum development, and program coordination. In her role at HANDS in Autism® and IRCA, she leads training and education navigation efforts, coordinating professional development, relationship building, and the implementation of effective systems and practices that support individuals with autism and related disabilities across Indiana and beyond. Her expertise spans professional development, relationship building, special education oversight, and accountability systems. She is supported by strong communication and team development skills and has experience building and leading large organizational systems across state agencies, schools, healthcare systems, and communities.
