Boti Ogunmola serves as a Facilitation and Data Specialist with HANDS in Autism® at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University Bloomington. She brings over six years of combined clinical and population-health experience to her role, supporting statewide and community-based initiatives focused on partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and the expansion of evidence-based services.
In her current position, Boti leads facilitation efforts that strengthen collaboration, enhance information sharing, and promote the dissemination and implementation of effective evidence-based practices across systems.
As a physician and Certified in Public Health (CPH) professional, Boti has dedicated her career to advancing health equity through clinical practice, public health strategy, and systems improvement. Her work has focused on bridging gaps in care for historically underserved and resource-limited populations.
Her experience spans research, program development, community-centered system improvement, and performance evaluation across healthcare and public health settings. She is recognized for fostering collaborative leadership, building strong stakeholder relationships, and applying data-driven approaches to improve outcomes.
