Kurt Bassett serves as a Program Assistant at HANDS in Autism® at Indiana University, supporting trainings, office operations, and community engagement initiatives.
General Description
Kurt joined the HANDS team in 2017 with experience in records management, retail services, educational support, and community volunteering. He assists with preparing materials for trainings and schools, supports office responsibilities, and hosts “Coffee With Kurt,” promoting engagement and inclusion within the autism community.

Kurt is passionate about helping others, building positive relationships, and creating welcoming environments through service, teamwork, and community involvement. His work reflects dedication, consistency, and a strong commitment to improving the experiences of individuals and families.
