Ramesh Raghavan, PhD, MD, MBBS, spent 3 productive days consulting and facilitating cost effective analyses alongside core HANDS team members. Dr. Raghavan has a rich background in mental health services research with studies exploring and informing access to mental health services, quality of care, economic evaluation of implementation strategies and child well-being. In addition to serving as part of the external advisory board for the HANDS Innovative Pilot Project (IPP), he also contributes and is part of the HANDS national advisory board.
As part of the Innovative Pilot Projects through the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Division of Disability and Rehabilitation Services (DDRS), and Bureau of Disability Services (BDS), the HANDS team and consultants such as Dr. Raghavan have been working to inform standards of training and care among our state's most vulnerable populations.
