Larissa began her career in education as an instructional assistant before becoming a Special Education Teacher with Seymour Community Schools, where she taught for six years. She later served as Director of Special Needs Ministries at a local church, supporting individuals and families within the community through inclusive programming and outreach efforts. Through her experiences across educational and community settings, Larissa has developed strengths in leadership, collaboration, relationship building, and program development.
