Professional Overview

Jean Callahan-Hoskins is a Training Specialist at HANDS in Autism® at Indiana University Bloomington. In her role, she plans and delivers intensive trainings, supports schools in implementing the HANDS Model, and consults with districts and community partners across the state and surrounding areas. Jean brings expertise in applied behavior analysis and a strong commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through evidence-based practices.

Experience & Background

Jean is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with experience in applied behavior analysis across educational and clinical settings. Her work has focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and advancing evidence-based interventions. She has progressed from a Registered Behavior Technician to a BCBA and has completed leadership training through the UC Davis MIND Institute Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program. Jean has worked with individuals ages 2–21 across a variety of settings and has experience supporting social skills development and behavioral interventions. She is committed to neurodiversity-affirming practices and approaches that prioritize collaboration, dignity, and individual strengths.
